Profiled here are several examples of homes constructed by First Street Builders. Any of them can be replicated on any lot of sufficient size anywhere in the Atlanta area.
We have other examples of homes built, and of homes we think are particularly well suited to the market and the times -- homes that are cost efficient to build, with multiple options, and flexible spaces that can change use over time. We encourage our clients to include what can be a bedroom on the main floor of the home that can be a guest room, office, "away" room, or perhaps a place for an aging family member on an extended stay. We now have to think about a home that will be home for an extended period of time, so it needs to be able to suit changing circumstances.
