Founder

Pat's real estate career has touched many aspects of the industry. Beginning in a bank after graduate school and moving to institutional investments and large scale community development, he then set out on his own almost 30 years ago.  The diversity of experience provides a wealth of resources to draw on making every home building project special.  That background, a passion for community development and a strong work ethic make First Street Builders a little different, we hope.
